Nina Liu Fangjun

Life is full of ups and downs, and it is often the stunning moments that give us the strength to persevere through hardships. Documenting these experiences is essential, as it gives them a tangible form. Documents give individuals opportunities to recall that memories are an integral part of their being.


Nina Liu is an artist who mainly focuses on contemporary jewelry, but is also familiar with illustration and printmaking. She is currently pursuing MFA in the Rhode Island School of Design Jewelry and Metalsmithing program. Coming from a drawing background, Nina often plays with graphic and narrative elements to depict snippets in her archive.
